Since antibodies were produced to BSA-conjugate, the use of BSA in any buffers exposed to this antibody is not recommended. Blocking with milk or non-BSA buffer must be used with this antibody. The E. coli proteins modified with poly ADP-ribose (cat # ADPR11-C) can be used as +ve control for this antibody.
