| SpCrossreactivity | The antibodies used in this kit are specific to IgM and does not show any significant reactivity to rat IgA, IgG, or IgE or other serum proteins. Rat IgM ELISA kit species crossreactivity was tested with the following animal serum (IgM) at dilutions of 1:500: Significant crossreactivity was observed with Mouse (65%), Human (27%), and Hamster (32%) serum IgM. Guinea Pig, Rabbit, Monkey, Bovine, FBS, Pig, and Chicken serum IgM had less than 1% crossreactivity. |
