SpCrossreactivity	Beta-actin is quite conserved in various species. Antibodies #ACTB17-S are expected to reacxt with beta-actin from mouse, rat,, human and other species. However, antibody cross-reactivity in various species has not been studied. Purified human beta actin proteins # ACTB12-C or # ACTB16-N-1 should be used in ELISA, dot blot or western to confirm specificity of antibody.
