Anti Beta-Galactosidase (E. Coli) IgG-Agarose (aff matrix)

Antigen	Rabbits were injected with recombinant purified E. coli Beta-Gal to obtain polyclonal antiserum. The antiserum has been affinity purified (cat # BGAL12-A) using the purified Beta-Gal-coupled to Agarose affinity column. Purified anti-Beta Gal IgG was coupled to Sepharose at 2-3 mg/ml bed volume (Cat # BGAL15-AS). It is supplied in PBS+05% azide as 1:1 (v/v) suspension. Store at 2-4oC. Do not freeze.
