| SpCrossreactivity | The antibodies used in the kit are not specific any specific IgG (IgG1, 2 etc) and may react with most IgGs. However, no significant reactivity is observed with IgA, IgM, or other serum proteins. Goat IgG ELISA kit reactivity was tested with the following animal serum IgG at concentrations of 100ug/ml: Sheep IgG (7%), Human IgG (2%), and Bovine IgG (2%), showed crossreactivity. Rat, Mouse, Monkey, Pig, Rabbit, Guinea Pig, Hamster, and Chicken serum IgG showed less than 1% crossreactivity. |
