Samples | Serum. Plasma, Culture medium and other fluids may be adapted |
SpCrossreactivity | The antibodies used in the kit are not specific any specific IgG (IgG1, 2 etc) and may react with most IgGs. However, no significant reactivity is observed with IgA, IgM, or other serum proteins. Goat IgG ELISA kit reactivity was tested with the following animal serum IgG at concentrations of 100ug/ml: Goat IgG 80%, Monkey IgG (25%). Human, Bovine, FBS, Rat, Mouse, Monkey, Hamster, Guinea Pig, Pig, Rabbit and Chicken IgG showed less than 1% crossreactivity. |
