Human Recombinant EG-VEGF Protein (84aa, E. Coli), biologically active

AntigenRecombinant Human EG-VEGF produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 86 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 9605 Dalton. The sequence of the first five N-terminal amino acids was determined and was found to be Ala-Val-Ile-Thr-Gly. Mouse EG-VEGF (cat #VEGF36-R-10 and # VEGF36-R-100) was produced in E. coli and purified to >95% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. Dimers or aggregates are less than 1% as determined by silver-stained SDS-PAGE gel analysis. Endotoxin level is <0.1 ng/ug (<1 EU/ug) protein. It is supplied as lyophilized powder with no preservatives
