However, no significant reactivity is observed with IgA, IgM, or other serum proteins. Pig IgG ELISA kit reactivity was tested with the following animal serum at dilutions of 1:1k: Mouse, Rat, Human, Monkey, Hamster, Guinea Pig, Bovine, FBS, Goat, Rabbit, Chicken, and Sheep serum IgG had less than 1% crossreactivity.
