| SpCrossreactivity | This kit is specific to Albumin and does not show any significant reactivity to monkey IgA, IgM, IgG, or other serum proteins. Mouse albumin ELISA kit species crossreactivity was tested with the following animal sera (albumin) at dilutions of 1:40k: Significant cross-reactivity was observed with mouse (35%), and hamster (21%) Human (13.4%), monkey (8.8%), guinea pig (8.6%), and Rabbit (2%) serum. Goat, Chicken, Sheep, Bovine and FBS (fetal bovine serum) serums had less than 1% crossreactivity. |
